Boy, it has certainly been a while since I updated my journal....  So where should I begin?  Well, since quitting my job last year, I have been busy looking for work and delving into home-improvment projects.  Sadly, the job market is terrible and the road to finding a job that suits me has been difficult.  I've become quite used to not having $ for groceries , or for much of anything else for all that it matters.  Now?

I just started a new job last week.....being a telephone sales rep.  Doing phone surveys and follow-up calls to see if someone is interested in seeing a demo of our product.  I really hate harrassing people at home, but with my arthritis I do like being able to sit all day instead of standing on some hard cement floor.  It's only a part-time position, but I'll be able to affor groceries, gas and small extras again.  Yay.

I need to apologize for the lack of artwork lately.  Being jobless has led to depression and I just haven't felt all that creative lately.  Hopefully, thigng will change now.
